They want you to do their work, while they collect the pay for it. They only want to advance certain people no matter what skills a person possesses. They pay poorly and expect excellence. Management is the most horrible management I have ever worked under. They have been investigated several times, but they have never had to fix any issues, and there are a LOT of issues. There are a few great people in the offices, but the bad outweigh the good. I would never recommend this company for employment. To be honest, I would never let them take care of my dog, much less my loved one, because I love my dog way too much to put him in that situation, so I wouldn't recommend the company for any kind of services either. That should tell you everything you need to know about this company. They are not trustworthy at all. Do not trust your loved ones in their care. Some people I meet say that working in projects is better since you don't get stuck in routine work and learn new things everyday. While others say that you've to get experience in a running plant to grow as a professional. Both advice sounds good to me but I can't decide which one to go with when starting out as a fresher. Being new to the professional sector doesn't help much either. There is so much confusion as to what to do- to persistently annoy the HR to send us to our intended location OR to let them keep us here as long as they wish.
